With the SOLIDWORKS program used in the production planning and R&D department, a 3D drawing of the part to be produced is made. Risks that will affect the quality of production are determined according to the weight and geometry of the cast part. After the necessary feeder runner calculation is made, the risks that may be encountered in actual casting are minimized by using the MAGMASOFT simulation program, and the mold design and casting parameters that can be obtained with low cost and high quality results are determined. The determined parameters are instructed in order for the production of the requested product to be made completely by the production.
